How do I receive my rewards? (Patreon)

Quick info: 

·         Each tier has its own Dropbox folder with current art.

·         The link is in the Welcome Note.

·         Links change monthly and old ones expire.

·         We’ll notify you via Patreon when the link changes.

·         In case a 400-error occurs, remove the "amp;" at the end from the link for it to work.

Detailed Explanation:

We organize our content this way to prevent piracy and content theft. You’ll find the Dropbox link in the Welcome Note. This is where you can access all our current art.

If you miss it, you can always find the Welcome Note under the “My Membership” tab on our Patreon page.

Note: The Welcome Note isn’t visible in the Patreon App. If you’re a new patron, you should receive an email with the same information. Alternatively, use your browser to log in, copy, and save the link.

 

We change the Dropbox link at the start of each month. The new link will be in the Welcome Note and we’ll also send it via direct message on Patreon (after the 5th of every month). Old links expire when new ones are issued.

 

Important: We've noticed an issue with our links where "amp;" is added at the end, especially on mobile web browsers. Simply remove the "amp;" suffix from the link, and it should work fine. Unfortunately, Patreon adds these characters when we send messages in bulk. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Sure they can, you find the Welcome note always on our Patreon Page under the tab “My Membership” (the one between "Posts" and "Community") . Sadly, this isn’t visible in the Patreon App.

You are a bit of special case. We see in your charge history that you did quite a bit of upgrading, downgrading, deleting and joining back in this month. Normally Patreon should remember that you can see the higher rewards even if you're downgrading but since you also deleted your pledge completely before joining back in a lower tier this seems not to be the case anymore. So what should you do. 1. In the future please keep in mind: When you join or update your pledge, Patreon sends you a new email. In this email is also our welcome note for that particular tier. In this note is the link to the rewards for the actual month. That way you can always look up that link…well unless you already deleted the emails from Patreon. 2. Right now, we will send you exceptionally the link via PM once again.

Hi, we're sorry to hear you have trouble to find your Dropbox link. Please take a look at your Hotmail account. There should be a welcome mail (sent from Patreon). In this email you find the Dropbox-link. As an alternative you can visit your “my membership” area. There you find the Welcome note as well, as described in the post.

You didn't get the link because you "rejoined" today. You weren't our Patreon at the 5th of February. This was the day we sent out the links. You can always find the Dropbox link in your Welcome Note. You can find your Welcome Note either: - in your mails after you joined (it's an automatic mail from Patreon) - at the start of our Patreon page if you go for the "My Membership" section (like shown in the post) - if you go in the web version on your icon at the right up corner, you can go to the "Manage my Membership"-Section. There is also your Welcome Note Please check out these three spots. If you still not successful, please write us a direct message here on Patreon or via Discord. Via Discord you can also send us screens so that we can see it from your point of view. Thank you for supporting us. We hope you enjoy our content.

We are sending out the link via message to all Patrons who paid already at the 5th of the month (like today we will send out the link for April). Beside our message you can find the link always in your Welcome Message. This message you can find if: - you go on our Patreon page in the "My Membership"-section and there you can find the Welcome Message. - you go on your icon on the upper right and click "Manage memberships". There you can find under "active Memberships" us and then there is the Welcome Message at the right side beneath your current pledge. In your case you can look up the link now in the said places or wait a few hours until we send out the new link for April because you paid at the 2nd April and you will be on the mailing list :) We wish you a nice day and have fun with the content here!
