Ave senators!

See the links for the bugfix version (V0.22.2) of No escape: Game edition! As the title says it's a bugfix version so no new content outside some fixes, typo/grammar corrections and minor quality of life things. ;p

**Changelog V0.22.2**

BUGFIXES:

- Typo corrections.

- The security drone will now wait healing itself until Kathleen is out of its capture attack.

- The new (locked) door inside the recall rooms (cybercity) is now no longer set to above; meaning players can’t squeeze underneath anymore. >;3

- There was a bug in the offices that caused the auto-save system to not work properly on “old saves”; causing a soft-lock when sometimes making a save there. I’ve fixed the issue in the offices and also made another change to the auto-save system (see the header “AUTO-SAVE SYSTEM” below).

QUALITY OF LIFE

- Adjusted the product optimization rooms slightly so they feel slightly less cramped.

- Added the incrediball trap sprites & images to the cybercity sprite recall room.

AUTO-SAVE SYSTEM

- The auto-save system no longer saves on menu opening/closing. It was causing issues in the offices due to the many parallel events found there, and with the recent performance fix (and follow up on people who had major performance issues (game freezes) to confirm that the fix seems to work,) I’ve decided to stop it from saving on menu opening/closing. (The auto-save system still saves when switching maps/being in “long” cutscenes as it did before, if using a compatible save and opting to use the auto-save system.)

Dollmistress

Don't forget those awesome spherical security/police droids guarding various points in Cyberon City. It feels like a waste of an awesome model to not have a bad ending involving those floaty bois.

Knight

So just popping a suggestion here, if possible since we have a surrender option in the special abilities menu, could we also have a win or kill enemy option? Since this game is still in its beta stages and you are updating it and we are basically like testers for you having something like this would speed up the process and allow us to avoid spending much time on grinding stats and let us sink out teeth into as much content as possible.

I'm not planning on adding such an option at this time; mainly because the enemies aren't that hard as is and I'd rather have people test the enemies and make reports on their level of difficulty (thus keeping a check on balance). I get that you want to get to the "juicy bits" ASAP but then again most (if not all) battles are circumventable one way or another. ;p Besides the enemies are skewed towards the "easier" side so with proper equipment, items and one or two levels most enemies shouldn't be an issue. ;3

Maaaaaaaaaybe. 😜 I agree with you but I've also got a tight schedule to keep with the cybercity world; so it's a big might. 🙈😉
