Practice Poll (Pixiv Fanbox)

This is mostly just a test to see how well this sort of things goes. Decided to use Google Forms for this, since it will probably work the best for this? Not sure, but regardless, if you're voting be sure to put your exact Fanbox account name in the answer - I can't see anyone's e-mail here, so I'm not going to go by that on the form. Doing it this way may be a complete mess and failure. I don't know. I'm new to all this, hence why this is a practice run. If somehow things go pretty smoothly, I might actually animate the winner, but if this ends up a mess I might not.
