May Report; Skipping June payments (Patreon)
Content
Hello beautiful readers!
As you can see there's been a whole lot of nothing going on here and I'm very sorry for the lack of TF content, in one of my favorite months no less. I'm not really the type that feels good accepting payments without providing my most basic promise of content, so June's should be skipped over for tomorrow. Between having to work a full time job to cosign the loan and viewing properties I've barely had time to work on anything for Patreon.
That's going to change now since the whole house hunting thing has been a bust. I especially don't trust his family friend realtor anymore since everything he's said for the past six months has been false mostly from their own ignorance. They been riding my roommate with the impression we still can't buy anything because he doesn't have a credit card, but that was only to extend the loan. Something we don't need because how the heck can we afford a mortgage on a half million-dollar house!? It's a bit frustrating to be told by the lender we could have gotten one of the places we checked out on the spot after the fact.
In any case not much to do about it now. With covid restrictions lifting in time for summer most properties are being flipped for renting or tourist B&B's. I'm not falling for a third 'just do X more months' a third time from the realtor.
June should see a drastic increase of productivity from me. When I told the job I'm at about this turn of events I was surprised to be offered a switch to part-time at whatever hours I wished. This'll allow me to work bare minimum for health insurance (I desperately need dental lol) while still putting the majority of my efforts back into writing. Pretty much the best kind of situation I could ask for after all this wasted time. Look forward to a lot of summer projects I've had to put on ice up until now!
And that's it for the spring of 2021. Let's get energized for that great summer ahead, with safety in mind of course! Thank you all for your support and interest in my work. I appreciate every last one of you. You're what keeps me going. <3
