Missing files were re-assembled by data miners that dabble in romhacking to restore the Brawlin Bouncer Coco Bandicoot unlock. It was dumped from the developer servers during a conflict between management and employment and all of this is fake lore.

In any case, I can still imagine Tawna breaking the 4th wall watching everyone around her get modded, hacked, and transformed with glitchy Big Head Mode cheats that boobst the boobs instead. 8)
