Every day, I push my body to stretch and exceed it's limitations. I started doing yoga at age 21 to counteract remaining spinal pain and headaches from getting t-boned by a drunk driver a few years prior- I started out as a skeptic, yet quickly fell in love!

My hamstrings yearn to be pulled, my shoulders beg to be squeezed, my hip flexors desire that inner relief that only yoga practice can give. Plus it looks really awesome when it's done in the nude!

My birthday is going to be a week long of surrounding myself with family and people I love in beautiful rental locations in western Washington! One place will be up in Camano Island on the waterfront, another (later this weekend) will be a psychadelic tree house!
