I wonder if Belatrix is going to use the fact that Lord Black failed his oaths to his goddaughter to somehow use a Beltane ritual to pass his lordship to Regulus.

Not specifically his oaths to his goddaughter, all the words he swore his honour and other things to before deliberately breaking them. Having the blood of someone deliberately in the right to demand retribution and of his own blood is a major help in that regard.
