Fantasy Feast: The Troll's Pot (Patreon)

Greetings adventurers: 

Today we launch a collaboration project with William O'Law to bring you scenes from the Hobbit. First up is The Troll's Pot.

Scene Flavor:

The hungry group is trying to make camp in the wet forest when they see a light ahead and send Bilbo to investigate. He finds three trolls around a fire, roasting mutton and complaining of having no men to eat. Bilbo is caught attempting to pick a Troll's pocket. The trolls disagree about what to do with Bilbo and are fighting amongst themselves when Balin enters their camp. They capture him and put him into a sack, and repeat for the rest of the dwarves who come looking for Bilbo.

Gandalf returns and tricks the trolls into staying out past dawn and they turn to stone in the day light. Gandalf and Bilbo free the dwarves and find the trolls' secret cave stocked with food, clothes, swords, and gold coins.
