Chapter 2 Done, Ch.3 at 80% - Approaching the Dragon! (Patreon)

Hi Patrons,

After a wonderful Thanksgiving break, I'm here to report some more progress on the animation. We spent the past couple weeks really rendering out character animations and backgrounds for the interior of Mar's tower, and balcony shots.

Chapter 2 is complete, with Chapter 3 closely following behind (81% done). We are about 6:00 minutes into the whole animation, and I estimate by the end of the month we'll be even further! 

The goal for December is to wrap up Ch3 and set up the production to be able to tackle the spectacular dragon scenes in January.

We've been drawing a lot of stars and night skies lately.

December Wintery Looks

It is a nice coincidence that, this year, Gildedguy is sporting snow-gear - appropriate for the upcoming Christmas & holiday season. I've always wanted to do a "snowy episode" ever since Gildedguy vs Jade.

This shot has a particularly Santa-like color scheme.

Congrats to Sticker Design Winners

The past month also saw the conclusion of our latest sticker design event. I was very impressed by the top entries, it got REAL hard to choose in the end! 

The winners will be receiving stickers once they printed and sliced up for sale (hopefully in the next week).

SPEAKING OF MERCH...

Those of you who ordered the Makeship Plushie back in September should be receiving deliveries soon! We already have multiple happy plush owners taking snapshots of their Gildedguys.

Thank you all who ordered one - the campaign was very beneficial to the production, as it has freed me from design & shipping duties while also generating funds. Makeship has offered to work with us again due to the successful run (350% funded!) - so I'll keep an open eye towards a second plush...
