Hello again folks!

Despite some stumbles this week and losing a day to a panic attack, we're still making progress and I'm happy to report that the script is complete!

There's still editing and polishing to be done of course, but I believe I'm ready to start the process of putting in placeholder sketches for the art [ this is also an editing pass, since I tend to go through the script quite slowly and carefully anyway to get a feeling for what art is needed ]

Last week I went through the script adding in a bunch of checks and jumps to lead to my floating endings, but I also made massive changes to stats along the way.

One major change I'm quite pleased with is how I've changed Health and Sanity. I've switched up my approach so that they feel more different. Health drops pretty continuously, with only a few opportunities to recover it- and only by very small amounts. While sanity drops much more dramatically, but is also recovered more readily and dramatically. I think this feels more realistic.

I've also added more ways to increase Strade's love meter- which any players of the old game will know increases the difficulty fo the game LMAO

I also took a bit of time to animate the dripping heart for his full love meter:

I'm excited to finally switch gears from writing and editing this month! Time to stretch my drawing muscles again!

But, I think that's about all I have to say! short and sweet this time!
