Saturday Update! (Patreon)

Hello again folks!

I'm hoping this is my last dreadfully boring Saturday Update LMAO

It's not much more complicated than 'I wrote some more endings."

Here's the graphic again, and probably the last time you will see it:

I've completed the main 'structured' endings, and written out 4 of the 5 'floating' endings.

Just one floating ending left to write!

I anticipate being able to write the last ending on Monday, but I will still be busy with the script for the rest of the week probably. 

The floating endings aren't accessible in gameplay yet. What I need to do is go through the whole game and do a few things:

• general editing/checking for errors
• adjusting the stats [ adding more health/sanity drops for instance, they are too gentle right now
• try to make the personality system more robust [ adding more alternate text for certain personality types mostly ]
• adding in checks that jump you to the floating endings [ like checking after every time health drops to see if it hit zero, and in that case jumping you to the 'ran out of health' ending ]

I assume that work will take me at least a few days- possibly more.

After that, I believe it will be time to start adding in placeholders! This phase is fun but challenging, it boils down to me going through the whole game [ again lmao ] and adding in sketch/plan versions of the hybrid sprites I want to use, along with animations for them [ like you saw in the TPOF DLC ]. That will prime the game for me to go through and replace all the sketches with final art :D

And I think that's about all I have to say this week! I'm very eager to be finished writing LMAO
