CURRENT CG COMPLETION: 134/181

Hello again friends! It's time for another Saturday update! I have very little to say this week! Everything went smoothly and according to plan :D I focused entirely on Derek's route [ it still has the highest number of incomplete CGs, it just has more in general ] but next week I'm switching gears back to Mason's route :>

Let's get straight into it shall we?

First up is Jack and Jaqueline again, but in a 'differently leveraged' situation. As I'm sure a lot of you can guess, the outcome of certain interactions between different characters [ especially during Derek's route which has the most characters ] can depend on the choices made by the player.

This CG was an exercise in working smart, not hard x'D I needed a further away shot of the camp and I made it happen by stitching together elements from other backgrounds/CGs and then painting them together. It suits my purposes well enough and it only took a day to do, so I could squeeze in more character-centered CG work :D

And lastly, another 'character closeup' style CG. I know I seem to have a lot of these ^^; They depend a lot on the text/dialogue to get the whole situation across. Sometimes you gotta sacrifice the basement full of tools to wave in someone's face to get a deeper story I suppose x'D

Although, I did try to jazz it up with some interesting lighting at least. I figure if the situation is dire enough I should be allowed some 'cinematic elements' LMAO

And I'd say that's about it! A simple week that was simply productive!

I'm headed out today to see a small amount of extended family for Thanksgiving :D Happy thanksgiving as well to any fellow Canadians in here! And to anyone else, I hope you have a wonderful crisp fall weekend! It's a good time of year to treat yourself <3

And of course, thank you so much everyone for your support! It's been a happy, mentally healthy week for me and I'm just thrilled to be able to work for you! See you next week! <3
