Hi everyone! First a foremost, I want to apologize for not updating last Saturday. I said I would check in with you guys and I didn't. It was unprofessional and I'm going to do my best not to do it again.

During my last update, I said that I would be taking an impromptu week off to deal with my health problems. Unfortunately, I ended up spending most of my week off simply catching up on all the other work/chores that I had gotten behind on [ updating my store, cleaning my apartment, ordering business supplies, etc ] and I'm afraid that my health hasn't improved at all.

I've weighed my options, and I think that the best course of action would be for me to switch strategies and to begin work on TPOF again, but under a very strict 'self care' time-management plan.

For the first week, I'm going to work only 4 hours a day with break-timer enabled for 2min breaks every 30mins. I'm also going to force myself to complete 30 mins of mandatory yoga practice every morning. My test run this morning showed me that my body has taken a significant toll from the chronic stress.

After the first week, if everything goes well, I'll allow myself to bump up the work hours to 5, then 6 the next week and so-on without exceeding 8 hours.

I think this may be a better course of action to help me return to my normal production schedule.

And lastly I'd like to thank you guys profusely for your patience and your support. Thanks to record-high Patreon support last month, I had a bit of extra money after rent so I was able to buy a weighted blanket to hopefully also help with this stress/adrenaline problem. It arrives on Wednesday and I'm quite excited about it!

Thank you guys so much. And please take it easy and stay safe. I know I can't be the only one struggling with stress problems right now.
