Hi everyone! It's time for another update ^o^

This last week has been VERY productive! I feel like I kept a really nice pace going and got a lot of details hammered out.

Since I'm still in the early phases of programming the desert path, I've also been updating my overall planning document a lot. It's getting to be less of a vague plan, and looking a lot more like a very specific bullet list of tasks to complete. This really helps me with future production and keeping everything moving along smoothly. It's kind of funny that I have to do so much 'project manager' work when only one person is involved with production, but I really do have to act as my own manager XD 

As for specific work, over the last week I've gotten the area coding fleshed out and my lovely stand-in backgrounds added:

As well as two more very central, large events written and coded. One with Derek that can go multiple different ways and one with Komodo and Dragon which is more or less a dead end XD

I also drew and inserted two very important inventory items- the Canteen and the Sacrificial Knife. There was quite a bit of coding behind the Canteen since it's refillable if you search in the right place.

Funny story too- when I was coding the canteen, at first I accidentally made it increase the player's temperature instead of decreasing it- pretty much guaranteeing a death X'D But have no fear, it has been fixed and drinking from the canteen will definitely help you in most cases probably.

Next week on the agenda: I'm hoping to start tackling some of the events that lead you to meeting Tom and Jaqueline, the characters you guys helped me add!
