  First of all thank you for allowing us to reach this small but very important point in this awesome adventure, you guys are amazing!
 Thanks to the steam demo we've been able to get lots of good feedback and we asure you we will take it to heart to further improve this project!

So what next?


-REFACTORING-

  Well, because of all the bug hunting and reports we got over the last months, we have decided to make a refactoring of the game.
 This DOES NOT means we will start from scratch, this only means we will go back to the roots, fix them and make them better.
 The reason is:
 Because this game started with a much smaller scale in mind we couldn't forsee how big it will become.
 Refactoring will allow us to give this project the scale we really want and make it expandable if we chose to do it.
 AlmaStriga will run smoother and will be better optimized, it will look better and most importantly it will reduce by alot the number of bugs we currently have and will also make future bugs much easier to pinpoint and fix.

  We are also taking this oportunity to implement new features that previously where pretty much impossible to do due to the original infrastructure.

  With all that said, we are currently working on the final version of the game, meaning, this is how things will be done from now on, as far as internal structure goes.

  We will revamp the love scenes and make the animations more fluid, both in the farming parts and the NPC parts.

  There will maybe be a month where we won't have a build, because of the refactoring, but please keep in mind this is for the better since we want this to run as smooth as possible so that everyone can have a much fun and better experience playing!

Tho we will do our best so that by the end of may/early june a brand new better build is available for you guys :)


-UPDATES-

Because of this new way of making things we decided to update you in a more steady manner:

  •  Daily updates:
    Thats right, daily updates, even tho they may be small, we believe its a good way to show everyone steady progress, this way you will know exactly what are we working on, mechanics, bug cleaning, new enemies, etc
  •  Weekly updates
    Every friday, we'll post a short video highlighting what we did during the week, mainly to show new mechanics, new enemies, new scenes or bugs no longer being there
  • Monthly updates
    This is your regular monthly build launch which will of course include the notes with all the new additions and fixes.


-REWARD CHANGES-

  They remain largely unchanged, the only one with an aditional perk is Hard mode and up

  Hard mode and Nightmare mode now have an art repository which is permanent and all art done in the past and future will be placed there, so you no longer need to look for a specific download date, or worry about missing an art pack.

  This repository is huge, like really huge 6gb (1400 files) and growing, it not only includes all the past monthly packs but also Animations, 3D and even art from CougarX (our very first project) files dating back to 2015!
