Talk about the calm before the storm. I mean, the break between the bondage. I mean, well, you get the picture. Even if this sketch doesn't end up in the final version of Ch. 4, I can definitely see it as one of its panels: Shore offering some drinks for Michelle and Jenn (maybe it's water to rehydrate while exercising), while Freya is too busy with the phone to notice. Excellent job on the postures as well, the way that Frey lies on the couch perfectly matches with her facial expression (not really caring about anything beyond the tiny screen of said phone). The linework is awesome as usual, especially in the details of the characters' faces and hair.
