OH MAN! I'm kind of nervous to share this!! Most of my songs are so serious, and this is by far the silliest thing I've done yet. We did so many takes of this song purely because every take, I got a little more ridiculous... and we ended up using the last, most ridiculous take for every single line.

This is a parody of Sisters, from the holiday classic "White Christmas" — it's on Netflix if you haven't seen it! It's a super adorable, lighthearted 50's romance with some of my favorite 50s singers in it, like Bing Crosby and Rosemary Clooney.

LYRICS

Jesters, Jesters

Which is the illusion, can you guess her?

Never have to face a fight alone, you see

I’m here to keep their eyes on me

Dealing damage

Every single strike we have advantage

Working for the Gentleman or fighting Gnolls

She joins the fray — I get good rolls

Healing or slashing

Or lollipop bashing

We aim and we cast our spells

Don’t try to chase us

‘Cause those who face us

Will hear those necrotic bells!

Those who’ve seen us

Cannot find the difference between us

Many foes have tried, but in the end they come undone

Traveler help them

If they come between us, we’ll whack them

And Traveler help us if we should roll natural one!

This is brilliant and I cannot wait for the video. I giggled and smiled the whole way through.
