More work on the swamp town content (Patreon)

Just a quick heads up I'm going to be away next week visiting family for the holiday.  I'll have my laptop with me but won't have as much development time for Feign.  Hopefully I can get through some of the dialogue trees and writing.  

So onto the update!

I started dropping in the building models into the actual map and working on models and textures for the building trims and siding.  I still need to make some proper windows and do a detail pass to break up the shapes more but I think they're starting to fill out the town and make it look better already.

The low poly and textures are mostly down for the woodaxe and hammer tools.  The pickaxe has a lowpoly and the bakes done but still needs textures.  

The miners' outfit sculpt is all set to go and I've been working on the low poly mesh.  It's getting close but I need to break up the symmetry and do the fine details.

And I did some work on the save system.  In the last release I forgot that in order to start a new fresh game you have to manually delete the old save files.  It also only supported one save file.  I've fixed both of those issues.  There are now 3 save slots that the player can use and starting a new game will give the player a choice of which slot to use and allow the player to overwrite the old save data.  

While I was working on the save system I also added support for the player to have a name.  There's now a text entry during character creation.  

One of these days I really need to go back and clean up all of the UI but especially the character creation UI.  

Oh and I'm going to try and do a sound pass on things.  Just a warning, I'm starting from pretty much nothing when it comes to sounds and so have no idea how to gauge or properly implement things... so this could take a few tries!  But I grabbed what seems like a decent sound bundle from the marketplace https://marketplace-website-node-launcher-prod.ol.epicgames.com/ue/marketplace/en-US/product/medieval-fantasy-sfx-bundle  and I'll be trying to add those in over time.  

Hmm, I think I'm forgetting something.  Oh well, this post is already getting pretty long and I can always drop it in the next update.
