Customer Satisfaction (Patreon)

Since I got access to the creator page for Exiern's Patreon, it was interesting to see this on the main page:

"Make an exclusive post to engage your patrons

Did you know? Creators who post patron-only content twice a month tend to keep their patrons around longer."

Looks like we've really busted the curve since at least November last year!

However, as always ... quality over quantity. We'd like to think that the stuff we're putting out has at been pretty good on the whole but we should actually confirm that.

So I'm going to over the weeks ahead, write to every patron individually to ask them about their experiences with the Exiern Patreon to date, do feel you're getting what you'd like from it and in what ways we could improve the experience?

We want to hear how we can do things better and if possible, accommodate for it. I'm going to start with writing to every patron individually starting with the earliest patrons from 2014 but I hope to get to everyone who wants to be contacted quickly.
