1st, Callie is a resident, meaning she is still a student! And you only mentioned the people that you do not like personally, as if EVERYONE at that hospital is not horrible at teaching and brings their own persona; crap into their work, that includes Derek, Webber, Bailey, and even the intern, especially Meredith! As for Derek and the nurse, I would not say the fault is mostly with her, i mean her behavior after, yes, crossing the line while at work, but Derek for all his crap he gave Meredith (and I cannot believe I have to defend Grey) about her not being ready to be serious with him then goes and immediately rebounds with Rose lying to her that he wants something real with her knowing full well he is still 100% in love with Meredith, so he is fully a hypocrite and more than 50% at fault in the failed relationship with the nurse!
