Where do I report an issue ?

The best place to report an issue is via my Discord server. It keeps me organized as well as gives you and your fellow simmers a chance to help fix and/or confirm any issues you may be experiencing. 

Another benefit is that it gives me more information about the issue, which can help me fix any problems faster. You can head over to The Lotus Garden and report your issue under the appropriate ≪ Bug Reports ≫ section (check out the channel description if you're unsure).

What information do you need?

  • A description of the problem
  • What you or your sim was doing when it happened
  • Optional: Any supporting screenshots/video that show the issue
  • Optional: Any LE (Last Exception) reports.

What if I'm not on Discord?

I understand that not everyone uses Discord but it's very hard to keep track of issues from my message box or download posts. If you are not on Discord and need to report an issue you may leave a comment below, but know that I will only be checking this post periodically so it may take longer for me to get to it.

Hi there! Since the last update, for my mill appliance, when I click and select the menu option for coffee, etc - nothing happens. The tea, flour and spices menus come up, but nothing for the coffee, etc. I deleted and redownloaded the recipes and the mill, but there is no change. Also the amanita mushroom disappeared from everything and redownloading didn't work. Just wanted to see if anyone else was having this issue or if I broke it 😬 Thank you so much!

Sounds like maybe you have a duplicate file in there or that one of the Core mods needs updating. Double check your files and make sure you only have one copy of each file and that you have the most recent Core files. Also clear your cache, I don't know why but if you don't it can cause weird issues sometimes.

Hoping you can help me here as I'm also having trouble with Discord right now. The delivery service isn't working for me anymore. I've removed all of my other mods and cleared the cache. When I go to the Brazen Delivery anything I select will come up with a blank order screen as if nothing is for sale. I use everything you have in the google drive folder except for the part that reorganizes things in Build/Buy. I've also gone through and unzipped the one zip file as well as chosen one thing to keep from all of the areas where you say choose one. What else can I do to try to get this working? It used to work just fine.

If it's completely empty then it sounds like something is wrong with Core Mod. If you've unzipped it properly then it's probably more than one folder deep. You can also try re-downloading the file itself in case something corrupted it when you downloaded the folder originally.

Hi sorry for posting this here since I'm not on discord. I'm having trouble with your drink trays. I only get the hot drinks option and nothing else. I'll usually use your trays at my spooky day parties to serve your spooky drinks, but I can't do that anymore. I redownloaded all the files, but still there's no other drink option. Also, I can't decorate the spooky donuts anymore. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong here, but they all worked for me in the past. Edit: Donuts work fine. It's just the drink trays I'm having the problem with. Thanks!

Hello :) I'm having trouble harvesting all of my custom harvestable like blueberries and grapefruit. When it looks to be ready to harvest, I click the plant and the only option is to dispose of the dead plant. I've downloaded all the 'core' mods and everything but nothing has fixed it.

Hello! The blueberries are confirmed to be having issues but I'll take a second look at everything else after the update tomorrow.
