Mill Updates and New Ingredients!

These are all BGC and the cost to make each item reflects the cost of the individual ingredients. 

Updates:

• Changed 'grab a serving' to 'measure a serving'
• Removed 'Cup of...' and 'Spoon of...' because it's too long when viewed in the ingredients list of the cooking menus
• Updated meshes for single servings of flour and sugar
• Added SCCO tags to flours, powders, and sugar
• Updated the tags and tooltips for the electric mill
• Updated the footprint and models so the catalog thumb shows up properly
• Decreased the freshness decay of milled flours and powders to last a little over a month without refigeration if in their original container - NOTE: I just opened the game after saving and realized that the timer changed, I'll need to look into this more but for now you can keep it in the fridge to make it last longer
