A woman dressed like a High priestess with rose-pink hair looked at two subordinates kneeling before her.

She looked down from her throne.

"You want to tell me you two can't catch a mere boy?"

The woman said in a snappy tone, which made the pair flinch.

"...Supreme Pontiff…"

"His power is better than mine." Ghost Douluo explained himself.

"Oh?"

"He can appear and disappear; I easily lost him in the forest; it is difficult to capture him."

"Even with your Titled Douluo cultivation?"

"His power ignores our cultivation base; it's…as if he is disconnected from it."

She slowly nodded; curiosity rose inside of her.

"Very well. Then I shall meet him in person."

'I want to test him myself.'

The woman said with a thoughtful voice.

“B-Before you go, this is the note and apples he left. From my understanding. He wants to strike some sort of deal with Spirit Hall.” The feminine man showed the note and the golden apples.

“Interesting.”

Bibi Dong’s aura surged as she motioned for the apples and the note to fly into her hands.

Her eyes quickly skimmed through the note before looking at the apples.

‘Interesting. For him to hand these over and not use them for himself…

Does it mean he has some sort of farm?’

“Explain to me how he slips away?” She asked after inspecting the fruits.

“Well, it looks like he leaves the reality, almost like he steps out from the world, and I can’t touch him.”

‘Could it be that he has some sort of pocket dimension? Where he grows these?’

The lady inspected the fruits some more with one hand while her other was on her chin as she pondered the possibilities.

“Prepare my carriage; I shall meet him in person.” The lady stood up and went down the stairs.

“Ghost, write a message to that boy. Tell him that I will see him in a few days.”

“Yes, Supreme Pontiff!”

After nodding, the pair left to arrange things for the rose-pink-haired lady.

The woman had a smirk, almost a cruel smile. She might find someone who can help her get what she wants.

Get that last ring.

If that child can raise fruits, could he use similar methods to raise spirit beasts?

‘It does look like 600 to 800 years old. If it grew this fast, with his current cultivation, how fast could it grow if the child has high cultivation?’

It is worth checking out.

If not, then she could get another ally…

‘And if it’s a hox… then at least I will find out how he can slip away…’  the lady smirked as he proceeded to eat one of the apples.

One way or another, she will profit from this encounter.

~~~~~~Bai Chen~~~~~~
My gaze was on the Datura Snake. This was the first time I had had close contact with a serpentine animal like this.
Snakes are one thing, but big snakes are another; that thing could swallow a human quite easily.
“It's supposed to be a vicious and aggressive beast, but it's quite docile,” I said thoughtfully as I looked at the snake chilling before me.
“It doesn’t grow beyond 10 metres from what I recall,” I said as I walked over to the snake’s side.
‘I should make it much older before I turn it into a Martial Spirit.
If I recall correctly, snakes can be quite good at crowd control, but at later stages, even a Titled Duoluo with poison snake as the Martial spirit is quite weak.
But I suppose it can be good in between.’
As I pondered on that, I pulled out golden apples.
“Here, eat these and break through to that one thousand years.”
After giving the fruits, I left the farmstead and explored the forest more.
I was back on the prowl to look for my second ring. This time around, I will get a whole pack so that I won’t need to return here every single day.
‘Damn, every day? My cultivation speed is so wack…’
I realised how out of the norm my cultivation is!
As my mind wandered, I noticed some elk beasts, birds, and other strange creatures, like bugs.
I realised I should get deeper if I wanted something worthwhile for my second ring.
After a while, I saw some felines as well.
I stopped in my tracks. Yeah! Cats! Who doesn’t like cats!?
I swiftly merged with my grey wolf spirit and lunged at the feline.
**Hiss!!!**
The animal looked like a small wild cat with big ears. Remind me of those serval cats from Savanna.
“Yeah, sorry, kitty, but you are coming with me~.”
With a casual motion, I yoinked it into my farmstead.
“Well, pet secured now to get that ring~.”
I dismissed my fusion and walked away to look for that elusive wolf beast.
~~~

Howl

A powerful gust of wind caused me to hear howls spread through the area. Seconds later, I saw a pack of white wolves emitting strong wind gusts.

“Wind wolves of some sort. It appears I hit the jackpot.” I grinned as I activated my wolf spirit and fused with it.

I noticed that there were five of these animals with yellow auras around them.

This was good. I won’t need to come back here for a while.

With that in mind, I lunged at them.

The beasts responded in a similar fashion, only that they rushed at me in a coordinated effort.

But that was good as I proceeded to pull them into my Farmstead instead of trying to fight them.

At first, one tried to attack from the front, but I simply moved for the grab and pulled it in.

One was gone, and then another tried to attack from the side. Once again, it tried to slash me, but I simply grabbed it by its head and pulled it in.

The rest of the beast stopped midway as they realised that something was off!

“Haha, about that…” My eyes gleamed as I moved towards the closest wolf and pulled into my farmstead.

“And that makes three~”

The wolves started to take their steps back as they realised something was not right.

“It appears you guys have quite the instincts being several hundred years old and stuff, but…”

I kicked off and lunged at the next one. The animal howled, feeling like it was cornered, and tried to fight back ferociously.

But before it could bite, I grabbed it by the neck and yanked it into my farmstead.

It only left one more, which started to run away.

“Oh no, you don’t!”

I proceeded to run after it.

The beast was fast as it was weaving through the trees and dashing away as quickly as it could.

I tried to chase after it, but eventually, it got away…

After walking for a bit, I heard rushing water. My eyebrow went up as I slowly walked forward and saw a waterfall rushing into a small lake.

“...Looks beautiful…”

I walked forward towards the waterfall and looked around for the wolf.

“That little guy sure knows how to run,” I commented with a small frown.

By all means, what I have will be enough to rank 50.

“Well, whatever…”

As I was about to leave, I recalled that in cultivation worlds, there could be a treasure behind a waterfall.

So, I, with a curious look, walked towards there.

My hand went into the water. I could feel that there was a hole in the back.

I stepped forward and found a tunnel.

My eyebrow went up as I walked deeper and noticed a single blue grass getting sunshine from a small hole in the ceiling.

‘Oh shit!’

I swiftly summoned my hoe, scoped the grass out, and then rushed into my farmstead.

Less than a minute later, there was an explosion as a rough man screamed from the top of his lungs!

“Ah Yin!!!!”

A massive hammer appeared in his hands as he proceeded to destroy everything. The man had an unkempt beard and looked quite alcoholic.

“He really is a retard; why he is destroying everything,”

I mumbled to myself as I watched how he wrecked everything and was growing more desperate.

Meanwhile, I looked at the grass in my hands.

I could feel the self-awareness in the grass. The personality in the grass was fearful of me.

“Don’t worry, Ah Yin. Unlike him, I will take care of you~” I smiled at the grass as I walked to the side of my farmstead.

“Hmm, since you are related to water, I should finally get a pond.”

I placed the grass back into the dirt and summoned my hoe once again. I walked some distance away and pondered if I would be able to create a place to hold water.

“I wonder if it will work.”

I used more force and tried to hammer the ground.

Sure enough, with Hoe, manipulating dirt was not that difficult.

The only issue is that this is a hoe and not a shovel.

A couple of hours later, I had a medium-sized hole.

My eyes went to the grass.

I made sure it didn’t grow at all, as I didn’t want it to grow in some random place.

Instead, I want it to grow next to the new pond.

So, after getting it all ready, I went over it, pulled it out, and replanted it next to the pond.

Once that was done, I checked to see if the lunatic was away.

“Yeah… he is gone, but the idiot destroyed the whole ass area.”

‘Thank god that I realised that he left an imprint on Ah Yin. Otherwise, he would have bitch slapped me.’

Slowly, I sneaked out from the farmstead and went over to the lake. There was more than enough water to fill up my new pond.

So, I swiftly placed my hand on the water and started to pull the water into my farmstead.

A few moments later, it was full, and I proceeded to walk away back to my hotel. I had more than enough action for one day.

Part of me wondered if the farmstead would impact a fully developed spirit beast which was human before.

I am well aware of who Ah Yin is, and now I wonder how the place will change her.

~~~
‘Whoever it was, I must quickly regain my cultivation and leave!!!’ The consciousness in the grass knew she was taken somewhere.
Now, she needs to rapidly recover as the place was full of potent spirit energy.
Whoever it was, it was a powerful being who ruled such land. What mattered was that she should recover swiftly and then try to slip away!
As she can’t sense him anywhere.
‘Damn that, Tang Hao! Left me in such a poorly protected place!’
The Silver Blue Empress complained to herself as she focused on recultivating.
‘Phew, the spirit energy sure is strong. My growth speed is extremely fast!
The consciousness was happy to know how quickly she was recovering.
But then she wondered why she needed to cultivate so fast.
For some reason, she wanted to leave.
‘Well, I can remember why after I cultivate more.’
Ah Yin realised that she needed to cultivate first before she could focus on remembering.
The Blue Grass refocused on the cultivating.
‘I wonder if Master will be happy to see my progress!’ The Blue Spirit Empress thought to herself as she realised that her growth was rapid. Her grass spreads around the whole pond, and she makes the mountain of dirt spread out. In a way, she made sure she cleaned up the place.
By this point, she had been on the farmstead for hundreds of years. All that she can recall is that she was rescued by her master and allowed to live and flourish in this place.
All she cares about now is his approval!
“Oh wow! To think that you will be this beautiful!” Bai Chen exclaimed with a happy tone as he walked into the farmstead.
He noticed that Blue Silver Grass was more like a tree now, and its reach was all over the pond. Making it look like a picturesque landscape!
The boy walked over and placed his hand on the tree.
Bai Chen can sense that Ah Yin no longer is weary of him. It's more like she is waiting for him with an excited feeling.
“Since you recovered that much when you have a chance, return to your human form.”
