“Oy! Guess what, I have big news for us! I just landed the promotion, I know right! I couldn’t believe it myself when I heard the news there were so many better candidates, well I thought so anyway but I guess my boss just saw something in me. She’s been amazing; she really prepared me for the role of a lifetime. I still can’t completely comprehend it, wait you seriously don’t remember what the job was? It was to be her direct assistant it means I’ll be travelling with her during conference season and when we have interstate meetings anything really. First class business flights each time, fancy hotel suites I can’t wait! Of course I’m taking the job it was never going to be up for discussion; we could use the pay boost anyway since your still on unemployment benefits. I’m surprised you haven’t been booted off them yet you’re so lazy it’s almost unbelievable how much you lack any motivation. 

Honestly, I don’t think I can leave you alone whenever I travel, I have my first interstate meeting next week and I’ll be gone for three days. Who’s going to cook for you? I won’t have you eating fast food for every meal, no I need to think of a solution someone has to be here to take care of you. Well, you lost the opportunity to be treated as an adult when you fell into this rut and refuse to take charge of your life. Sitting at home while I work, playing your video games and not even looking for work. Don’t try and change my mind, you’re getting a babysitter. Ideally one that works for free, hmmm I think I know just the person for the job!” 

“Well look what we have here hmmmm, I really am still not sure what my daughter sees in you. You’re so immature that I have to come down and stay with you for three days since you can’t seem to take care of yourself. Ahhhh, zip it mister you don’t want me to report back to your girlfriend that you misbehaved do you? I think you’re already on thin ice you don’t want to risk anything to piss her off even more then she already was. She just got the once in a lifetime promotion the last thing she wants is to deal with a naughty boyfriend who didn’t respect his ‘future’ mother in law. When are you planning on proposing by the way, I feel like if you leave it any longer she will do it herself. I mean it’s not like you’re a bad kid or anything, at least with you I don’t have to worry about her getting cheated on, I don’t know how you got her in the first place. Maybe it’s her dominant streak, she wanted a cute little boyfriend she could take charge of, well now it’s my job to show her just how far she can take it.

I bet you’re wondering why I have two big bags with me for three nights. Well one has my clothes in it, the other one is your baby bag! Yes you heard me, from now on its diapers 24/7 and cute little onesies and other clothes a baby would wear while I’m in charge of you. I don’t care how old you think you are you have the maturity of a baby so that is exactly how I will be treating you from now on. I’m going to show my daughter exactly what kind of person she’s dating; she needs to see that you aren’t ever going to be a man. Hopefully for your sake she doesn’t want a man just a darling boyfriend who will wait on her hand and foot. It’s my job now to make sure you see that and I have three nights to get you ready for when she’s back. Now get over here so I can take your clothes off and get you into your first diaper. Not even the slightest bit of hesitation, it looks like you’re learning your place, good baby.”

“I’m gone three days, just THREE DAYS and this is what I come back too? Honestly, I’m not really that surprised I just wanted to feign a reaction. Mum has been keeping me updated the WHOLE time, yep you heard me. Every little detail, every single humiliating moment I already know about. It was great, my boss thought it was a laugh too. Well ofcourse I told her, I didn’t want her to think I was being rude checking my phone constantly. At first she thought I was just being homesick and missing you but then I filled her in on everything. It didn’t even take mum longer than an hour before she had you under her thumb and pissing in your first diaper. 

Once you took the plunge there was no stopping her, now your dressed like a freaking toddler its incredible how far you’ve fallen. Well, I suppose you were already far gone it’s just that now your dressed appropriately for your maturity level. Oh don’t think just because I’m home now you’ll be getting out of diapers, no I plan on keeping you like this for a long time. Maybe until you find work? But with your motivation and unreliability I think that might be a while. You better find something fast too, I imagine it won’t take you long before you don’t even realise that you’re going in your diapers. I think it might be even harder for you to find work with a thick diaper wrapped around your waist, I guess we will just have to see won’t way, my adorable baby boyfriend!”
