 Here you can see that the floor is composed of thin lines and placed diagonally. This helps to have a small perspective effect that will become more present in the future.
We have the example of the floor of Aro and Animax. One is blue and the other is pink.
The frames for the movement of the diagonal lines are only two, making the movement more appreciated.

After having the floor ready, we add in a layer the shine, with a clear and soft brush, to make a neon light effect. So you can notice this, the background obscured it.
