Update 0.3.8.2 of Voronica Goes to Town for subscribers at the Bun tier

It's had a number of bug fixes since going live for high tiers; fixing a few image dysfunctions as well as a logic error with the new hippo scene (additionally, that now requires 12 capacity instead of 16).
