Ain't this a treat Oled price drops have my attention.

26:00 thats the news the people want. I hope LG just completey shakes the monitor pricing up.

I think you are referencing the OLED price drops and increased ubiquity....and if so, I agree with "Isn't this the news people want?" I honestly don't understand what the hell is going on with people becoming "Panel Fanboys." It shouldn't matter what technology is used lol, and yet I see so many people acting like OLED has to fail because they haven't bought it yet. I really don't get it.

OLED would be ideal (due to it's black level properties), but honestly, i'm just looking for a solid HDR1000 (or close) rated monitor that is under 1000 dollars. OLED price drops should drive this sort of thing forwards, thankfully!

MooresLawIsDead

It's not about OLED being "ideal," imo. I am not some OLED fanboy - I just accept reality. OLED actually exists, and Micro LED seems to be 5 years away. I don't care what the tech is, but "OLED-Like" performance under $1000 is what we ALL should want. And here is my point: You know what's a lot like OLED performance? OLED. lol
