I think you make some great points, some I didn’t think if right away. But I wanted to say that although I’d probably never get a self driving car, I could see how the technology would greatly benefit people who can’t drive(or maybe not very well) like our aged parents or grandparents who still want the independence and freedom having a car brings. It would probably be much safer too for everyone in the grand scheme of things. I am also of the opinion that we probably won’t see vehicles with some sort of AI/autonomous driving features on the road in any meaningful volume in the next 10-15 years
