Lir Sprite Update (Patreon)

I'll be updating all the sprites for the full release of TC, and first up is Lir! Who I still am going back and forth on whether or not I'll give him tattoos lol. 

I'll only be sketching everything out. I don't plan on finalizing any art until closer to beta testing.
