FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: When does the money I pledge get taken out? 

A: If you are a new Patron, it will be immediate. If you are automatically renewing your pledge, it goes out every 1st week of the month. If you pledge on the 20th of October, for example for the first time, your next pledge will go out November 1st-ish, and you will receive rewards for BOTH months.



Q: When do I get my rewards?

A: The month AFTER you pledge for tangible rewards such as bikini/bra vlogs, autographed images. If you pledged (or your pledge renewed) on the 1st of December, you will get your rewards in January. For post-based rewards (things like Fan Service Friday, Early Access videos) you will have access to them as soon as they are posted!

 Q: How do I use the 15% off Patron code at www.tarababcockmerch.com?

A: When you first find something you like, click on the item and replace everything after the campaign name in the URL with the words "?pr=PATRONLOVE" (with no quotes, of course!) Hit enter, and you should see a notification letting you know you get 15% off!

Q: My reward is late, what happened?

A: I am a one-woman team, so sometimes I get behind. You can contact me at tarababcockpatreon@gmail.com to let me know! Please provide me with the link to your Patreon page! 

Just remember: I will always do my best to get you your rewards, but supporting my content is what this page is about, not purchasing products. :)



Q: Can I cancel or change my pledge at any time?

A: Yes! If you increase your pledge for the month, you will be charged the difference immediately, so you instantly qualify for a higher tier.



Q: How do I get my social/gaming follows?


A: I will send out a message through Patreon's messaging system the first week of the month AFTER you pledged. It will have the password, e-mail to send the image to, and any other details. Remember: you will get this message the month AFTER you first pledge, or your pledge is renewed.



Q: How can I contact you directly?


A: Patrons at $3 tier or higher have access to my private Discord. If you haven't gotten the invite, you can get it through the link at the top of this post. Make sure you follow the instructions detailed at the top of the post to link your Patreon to Discord. This allows you access to all of the chats, including Ask Tara, and direct contact to me. I prefer Discord for chatting, but you can e-mail me with concerns or questions to tarababcockpatreon@gmail.com as well. 

Q: Do I have access to past posts?

A: Yes, you will have access to all older posts of the tier you've pledged for!
