Comic Report #11.2 - Shaping Up (Patreon)

I wanted to get this part done earlier but it was a holiday weekend and, well, you know.  I took the weird blob shapes and I sharpened them up into actual buildings and I roughed in my lighting. The little white dots represent where the spotlights in Tombstone are and I used that as a reference to block in light sourcing in the night-to-day shift from left to right. Now that it sort-of looks like how I want it to end up looking I can go through my notes and detail the buildings I know are specifically-detailed in previous comic pages (Lizzie and Alice's apartment, the building at the corner, the Jade Garden, the Pizza building, the barbershop, a pub somewhere and so on) and then once those important buildings are detailed I can basically go hog wild filling in the blanks around them, and then poof! I'll have the town-shot I wanted!  I'll probably refine the lighting while I detail the buildings because it'll be a bit more work but overall less work to incorporate it now rather than go over everything yet another time. Then, finally, after this one panel is done I can finish the rest of the comic!
