Hello! I got the textless version of the new page here for you, a little late but this will not become a regular thing. I expected to have this page done yesterday, but I learned at the last second that we were actually dropping a playable demo of Kitsune Tails for Steam Next Fest, so I spent a lot of time promoting that and reading what people thought about it. You can try it yourself, here! https://store.steampowered.com/app/1325260 I'd been posting a lot about working on this thing, so it's nice to be able to let you try it out for yourself. Pop by the discord and let me know what you think of it!

I'm happy with how the directional lighting has been coming out in this scene. The candlelight atmosphere is one of my favorites to do, and I think the depth and space that kind of lighting is creating in these panels is really nice. What's a bit funny to me is, when I'm painting in the scene I render the lighting before I render the actual candles in the scene, so characters just look really brightly lit until I paint in the actual image of the candlewick flames, being a brighter white than anything else on the page it makes the lighting really pop. Like, of course! The lighting is coming from here! It really ties the mood together.

I'm gonna get this written up quick for you, and then it's time to fine-tune Kitsune Tails in time for our projected publishing date. Thanks for your patience with this one, it hit at a pretty critical time but, soon, there will be a lot more work I've done that I can share with you. I'm not sure what I'll be putting up on Saturday but I'll figure that out when I get there. Until then, enjoy the rest of your week, and give the Kitsune Tails demo a try!

My, oh my. Specifically, "My Wife". But may I point out, I think you can write it as naïve or naive, but not as naieve?

I guess Alice must be really sleepy to have such a muted reaction to the “My Wife” comment.
