Nervously walks on stage.

Curtains slowly open.

Murmurs from the audience.

Spotlight clicks on.

Sweat drips off forehead.

Weigh-

Clears throat.

WeightWare.

A loud roar of applause echoes through the audience.

That's right. WeightWare. A game of games. Testing both new gamers and skilled gamers alike. A game that will make you laugh and rage quit consecutively. A game that will capture the audience of those who like to shove their faces into soft bellies worldwide.

Allow me to explain.

WeightWare is inspired by WarioWare, a game that contains multiple different weird minigames to complete. Each minigame has a timer that drops quicker the further you get. (I know *ew* timers. But trust me, it's fun.) The goal is to complete as many minigames as you can.

Another game you can check out with the same idea is SpookWare.

Here are some ideas for the minigames that I came up with so far:

  • Trick or treating but catching the candy in your mouth.

  • Delivering a pizza but eating it when you get to the door.

  • Making 2 burgers at a restaurant and eating one of them.

  • Organizing conveyer belt, but is dropping food into girl's mouth.

  • Picking the odd door out and leading to a fat ghost.

  • Frantically running down a spooky street but end up going to a fast food restaurant.

  • Removing the veggies from a pizza for your chonky gf.

  • Mixing the right potions/selecting the correct glyphs for a spell to make yourself fat.

  • Summoning a powerful demon but she hella big.

  • Cutting a slice of cake and eating the rest.

The reason I picked this for the game is because it fits the theme of the Gain Jam: Unexpected Outcomes. It also leaves little room for error since I can keep adding new minigames until the 2 week period is over, without worrying that I won't be able to finish the game.

I know, I know. "But, CupCupMug. You said you were going to wait until tomorrow to decide the game!" I was going to... but I got way too excited about WeightWare and just had to do it!

This doesn't mean I'm not taking in any more ideas or recommendations! Since WeightWare consists on many smaller games, I can add a lot of brain-juice into this one!

~And thank you to everyone who shared their ideas for a game! I appreciate it a lot because each one creates even more ideas and helps shape CupCupMug!

I hope you are excited to see where WeightWare goes, and I will be posting more of it as progress is made! 💕

This is CupCupMug youre talking to, of course there will be! Also, thank you for the game idea, I still really like it! Ill try to add something like that into this game, or even possibly use it as a plot for another game :)
