One of my favourite responses of WWX's is the one to Jiang Cheng's "WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME?" I love how WWX's "Because I didn't want to see you like this," can also be interpreted as "Because I knew you were gonna be a little bitch about it." Like, even now, they're such brothers.

Okay, gotta once again stick up (a little bit) for my beautiful villain JGY. Saying that the only reason JGY was nice to LXC was for a chance to cash in some mercy later is just flat out wrong. That line of thinking plays into the whole "he was an evil mastermind the whole time!" idea. No. All you have to do is watch their interactions back in ep. 4... unless you wanna tell me that he was manipulating shit even then instead of looking like a lovestruck fool. The fact that he did a ton of stupid, evil shit AND the fact that he regards LXC highly without thought of benefit can coexist!

Actually that's just the Netflix subs being weird again, because what he's really saying (at least according to the Viki and WeTV versions, I don't speak Chinese) is something akin to "We've come this far and yet I still wanted to hear you apologize to me. Am I really that delicate of a person?" So, you know, basically the exact opposite, lol

oh man i loved both reactions today so so much, like i would burst out laughing and my flatmate would think im crazy :'D i loved every single time wangxian would look at each other and you would immediately go "ooh. OOH. HELLO" this was minor in the eps but like. the yunmeng siblings feels got to me. they got to me. wwx deciding to risk comforting jc and wiping his damn tears, and jc LETTING him like man "you're my big brother and im your baby brother". and later throwing him chenqing which he apparently kept for all those years ;-; and then looking at him softly like sir......... also! damn wwx is powerful. like no suibian, no chenqing, hands tied, still recovering from... all that shit from ep 44 on, and being all like "yeah no sure i can just whistle"

Hes evil and in love. All jokes aside, i DO think that his evil revenge plan (tm) is more important to him than Xichen, i do also think that he would rather avoid Xichen being hurt by this and by him. Hes manipulating Xichen but he does absolutely care about him.

This is why my friend and me took to calling Jin Guangyao evil Jin after like the 10th episode or something (Well this and the fact that we were afraid of trying to pronounce all the names) I do love evil jin tho, although i have to say this date he planned here sucks :/
