Yes, you can get it from this post here https://www.patreon.com/posts/psd-files-march-80742812 You are going to need winrar to extract the psd files. You can download it for free on Google. Once you do that, you will need photoshop or paint tool sai 2, or some other software that can support files with many layer properties. If you don't have any of that, you can find free trials on Google that will allow you to open the files but not edit them, but it should be enough to get any customizable variant :)
