Gnar doesn't get to feel knots almost at all, considering his yordle friends don't have of those~

First poll winners from the April poll here =w=, I actually thought that Wolf had ghostly front legs or something, so I wanted him pinning Gnar down, but alas, he dun has them! So I had to accomodate with some ghostly thingies and with Gnar doing most of the work to accept that knot inside his warm hole~
