This tutorial is absolutely fantastic, and I've learned more from it than multiple years at art/animation school ever taught me! Thank you so much! Do you have any plans for a tutorial in the same form for back muscles too?

That is GREAT to hear Emily. I'm never sure if it's too wordy. I'm going to do almost a mirror version for the back. I felt like it would get too long if I did front and back. This has actually been a great refresher for me too.

Ahh this was such a good tutorial thank you for sharing! I don't think I've ever had someone go over how the muscles stretch and contract along the form like you did, and I definitely feel like that's something I've been struggling with without realizing it. I'm definitely going to try that exercise you mentioned, it looks really helpful! I've done similar with using the human skeleton which is helpful and all in a way, but doesn't shape the true human form like the muscles do. Thank you so much for taking the time to put this together!
