Sketchdump + May '22 Life Updates (good news!) (Patreon)

Hey all! Hope you're doing well so far this May! 💖

As for me, I wanted to give you all an update since I visited the orthopedic doctor for my hand - it looks like my fractured finger is mending nicely so far, and with proper rest, I might be able to start drawing a little in two weeks!! During that time I can do light exercises with my hand, but I won't have any regular art. It will take 12 weeks for my bone to fully heal, and I won't be able to carry anything heavy or make a fist for three months (!!), but being able to start working sooner than later, even just a little bit, is great news. I'm SO, SO relieved ;w; thank you to everyone for the well wishes!!! the outpouring of support has been so touching... and I certainly can't ignore how many have told me to make sure not to push myself, ;; so I will do my best! Caye is also really helping me and making sure I don't overwork my hand. I'm conscious about not doing more damage, so I really do want to take it super seriously!

Until I can ACTUALLY get back to it, please enjoy what I had queued for you all before the incident, and also some left handed doodles (yes, I can't help it... the drawing demon in my brain won't let me rest)! In this sketchdump we have~:

- Maybelle has a potion for you to try!! 🥰 She definitely DIDN'T mix up any ingredients this ti- 😲

- Next pic, Bunny threesome... fivesome?? Some kind of lesbian bunny party with Maybelle, Meredith and Paisley 🎵

- Sketches for what was going to be a little attempted minicomic, Maybelle's Potion... ;w; I'm sure you can guess the general way this comic was going to go LOL

- Sketchpage with Viv and Unn!!  I was really enjoying drawing these two a lot, I'd love to try a few minicomics of them in their darksouls-esque world sometime?

- I turned my lalafell Jomimi into a horrible little creature for an AU Caye and I have! Just very much enjoying the Cheshire Cat/Patches energy of this little gremlin

- I was holding on to most of these, but I thought I'd show you guys a couple of my sketch pages with more pose bones and little noodles that didn't go anywhere! I might make some of these into bigger pics, I also wanted to use some in a posing/anatomy structuring tutorial I wanted to make. That will be on hold for the hand healing, naturally ;-;

- and last... lol... left handed sketches. I want to draw SO BADLY YOU GUYS. It's extremely hard to hold back :(

Alright, that's it for today's post! I am thinking the next post... possibly more left-handed scribbles, or possibly I'll scan a bunch from my sketchbooks to show you guys? Maybe I will pick out a selection of old work to show everyone and talk about? ;w; If there's anything that sounds interesting, please, let me know. It drives me a little bit crazy not being able to work RIGHT after moving but I'm sure I can find a way to rest my hand but also still have a few posts for the next few weeks of healing!
