May '22 Life Update... (Patreon)

Hello lovelies!! May is finally here! The weather will be getting nicer soon, and we're almost unpacked at the house! Dallas is finally home with us! And... I broke my finger last night!!!!

As you can see from the above comic, Dallas was far too excited to meet one of the new neighbors, and yanked at the leash a little too hard... I was probably holding the leash incorrectly. It did a number on my middle digit as you can see in the photo... and while it's a clean break, it's on my dominant hand 😭 I was so!! ready!! to get back to work!! It is torture.

I've been told by the doctors to make sure I don't use it for a few days, and that it will mend in a few weeks... but this means I will be slow with future updates... again. I'm so sorry!! 💔 

Of course, knowing me, I will not be able to sit idly for long... I have such an itch to get back to it! So perhaps you will get some fun left-handed works, or, healing permitting, I might be able to find a way to handle my tablet pen proper soon.

(By the way, it doesn't hurt!! At all!! I was definitely expecting worse pain... let's count our blessings ❤️)
