I really enjoyed this season from my memory of what takes place at least. I didn’t realise it was some people’s lowest hmmm. But I loved this episode I was waiting for this reaction! I love how Dan has moved past his obsession was Serena. I always hated how he would lose his own opportunities to chase her around. Now he just doesn’t care that much. I don’t like Serena so I love it ahahah. The fallout from the book is honestly great. I think Nate’s whole thing is kind of a commentary on how Nate comes across as a throw off character with no personality to a lot of viewers. So them showing how he doesn’t even get his own full character in Dan’s book was funny. I love how it hit Chuck on a deeper level. He really has distanced himself from everything and everyone. But man I felt soooo bad for Rufus. Even though it’s a work of fiction there has to be an inch of truth to it. You know how people say there’s always some truth to a joke. What I love about the book is how everyone is portrayed is kind of exaggerated versions of how the characters come across. Like Rufus has had nothing to do but be Lily’s husband. Chuck is always alone. Serena is well Serena. I like the self-awareness. But anyway long comment, I hope you enjoy the rest of this season! :)

I really liked this episode. I think it's such an interesting and realistic commentary on all the characters. I feel like they all needed to hear a few of those things. I only really feel bad for Rufus, he didn't deserve that.
