Season 1's order on Amazon is the original air order, with "I, ET" booted down to the E6/7 slot. SciFi (before it became SyFy) ran the episodes out of order. It really screws with continuity because relationships are still fractured in "I, ET" but in the air order the characters are already growing together before it. This is fixed on some of the physical releases, but Amazon maintained the air order. This little episode, "Dream a Little Dream" is always in a weird spot. The show runners made it to air as the season 2 premiere, but didn't have all of the major characters in it, and was not very bombastic. So they shoved it back in the season, shot a new wrapper around it, and made the much more exciting "Mind the Baby" the premiere. A good decision overall, but it is still a weaker episode.
