Here we go, gang, The Goblin Gala mini-story begins! A huge, epic, biblical-in-proportions thank you to Ranger Champion KatieD for offering her exquisite writing and help with this little side-story.

You may recognise the artwork as AHMT #114 from a few months back but we decided to take it as a leaping off point to begin the story. There's 4 more parts to this to come, but we need a little more time to get everything ready. All this madness is my job, but that's not the case for the wonderful KatieD and there's only so much I can ask of her and so much time of hers I can take in good conscience. I'm hard at work getting comic pages drawn up for the next couple of weeks for everybody's entertainment :)

Kind words, Mr. Plissken, but when you come up with an image that awesome, the words start flowing and the story tells itself. I just organize the words in a coherent order (or else it would read like "whoa, hot sexy scary worried auction yikes wow so hot" Seriously, it's a fun collaboration and I can't wait for the rest to be shared.

We have to give kudos to whoever nominated that idea for AHMT #114, too, I wish I could remember whose idea it was.

A few times my suggestions have won the AHMT vote. I was surprised that this one got so many votes and I think it is utterly awesome that it took on a life of its own thanks to Plissken's amazeballs creation. From the vote to Plissken to Katie the whole prequel mini story is worth a stand alone edition of "The Adventures of..."
