By cursing and shouting in competition with Doucette, Siynik tried to get on his feet. Doucette kept kicking him, and she managed to confuse him to turn his head close enough to her knee. While her knee met his chin, another slave girl had in her mind only to run and find Kadir. The slave girl knew that only Kadir could solve the situation well in a way Siyniks revenge would not be too hard. She was afraid that he would also punish her in his rage, but she knew that Siynikn could not harm foreign too much or everybody would be in trouble. Although she didn’t like foreign girls, she knew that Siynik could be cruel and forgot his instructions and limits. That was especially with devil-like Doucette, who had a short temper and always had trouble with guards. Doucette has not been long in Karabert, but it was not only once she made everybody in problem with her behavior.
