If Sora never existed, how did everyone, even God, would speak to Sora, there is a good lead in the anime that make you think he was Shiro imagination but, its just too obvious for me at least.

This is true. While watching I was thinking, "This doesn't make sense for him to be imaginary since people interacted with him." I finished the series btw...and I feel bad for those who watched it back in 2014. Madhouse sequel curse sucks.

I think 1 of the Reason was simply that there wasnt enough Source Material. They used, i think 3 Volumes for the 12 Episodes, and then there wasnt any new Volume. Even until now they have released 11 or 12 Volumes of the No Game No Life Light Novel and it must be far from over, i think.
