Look, we all know Kugaha's an absolute bastard (by this point), but at the very least, I will say he deserves to be praised for his way with words... very snake-like, full of malice but also sweet enough to easily sway those listening & string them along, when he wants to put that effort in... I can't think of a more "silver tongued" Regalia in this show, much less a god, so he deserves the props in that regard!

Or would you just give me five? - 100% something Yato, the resident Tracksuit God, would joke about if the circumstances weren't so dire / angering to everyone involved. LOL

I mean, it is fairly difficult to impose one's sense of "right or wrong" on another, much less when it's humanity trying to impose their values of "what's right, what's wrong" on the gods, who are essentially immortal beings free to do what they wish, when they wish, with only their peers allowed to judge them, as if left to humanity... well, you can't say an ant can adequately punish a human, who seems like an indiscernible, indestructible force of nature to them.. at least, in this series, the sense of "right & wrong" don't apply to the gods, so yes, it really comes down to a "matter of perspective" like you said lol

Most Phantoms in Noragami are "nightmare fuel," Anriku, not just the green giant skeleton monster creeping around the corner while saying "Fumiha" & "Death" in broken sentences... these fuckers at Studio Bones thought, "you know what we should to spice up the monsters of this series? Mess with their audio levels so their speeches are never monotonous in tone, paint them brightly, and sometimes add body horror into the mix!" ...not to mention the damn demon baby from this season, the "no eyes" little bastard was horrifying!!!

Honestly, it was so cool to see how the "godly speech plus REND" attack that we've grown so accustomed too over the past season & a half of episodes, switched it up with new animation via new stance & words because Yukine's a dual-sword Regalia, not just a single sword, so it makes sense Yato would change the blessing speech to reflect it properly!

So this confirms there's a significant flaw with the "taint your master via misdeed" system that Regalia subject themselves too, because if they absolutely believe in what they're doing, that it's the right choice, then it doesn't sting their master... those who boast extraordinary amounts of self-confidence could game this system, it opens the door to betrayal... that's fucking crazy, but not too outlandish as our world has plenty who believe in themselves above all else, be it religion, science, reality, etc

Holy shit, it didn't even take long for "Emotional-riku" to be swapped out with "I NEED ANSWERS, DAMN IT"-riku.... slapping your own head, shaking violently, and acting all crazed out of need for the truth... I can safely say you've gotten crazy engrossed in Noragami, that's for sure!
