Printing Rostock Parts

The Prusa i3 is tuned really well now, and we're getting great results. PLA is a cinch and we can print at high speeds. ABS is slower and with care we're getting good consistent extrusion all the way from 200C to 230C. The white ABS is coming out pink at higher temps so we've tuned back to 205C and conservative flow rates. Here I'm pinting a bearing for our next printer, which is a Rostock or DeltaBot style. This Kossel Roller comes from Thingiverse. It rides an OpenBeam extrusion with 4 small ball bearings pinched with rubber bands.
