LATE!!! I know I'm sorry! Life really sucks sometimes, especially when you're your own writer, drafter, inker, colorist, and publisher! But we've finally begun our dive into Devout Ch2. Hopefully, this will be a satisfying start for you readers! Even though I've put off the title page until later.

I consider Spellbound to be erotic horror, leaning more towards the smutty and lewd side of the genre (mentioning the p0rn0gr4ghy word triggers the patreon overlords) but lightly sprinkled with some scary stuff. The Succubi are sinister supernatural preditors; up until this point, we've seen them make love and corrupt their prey into their ranks, but for the sake of this story, I wanted to visualize how much danger our protagonist is in if they do not get their shit together. Much like in Inner Demons Ch2, when Cameron was seemingly devoured to show the risk to her normality, this chapter will push Johnathan to make the big decision.

Commenting on the art, I've opted for a more dynamic approach to the formats of the page to add more shadows to the line work, like around the jawlines, and trying not to get carried away with backgrounds in every single frame. This is also the first time I'm utilizing the writing program Scrivener to organize and format my scripts and scenes. Which has been a great tool for streamlining the story's flow and making it feel more organic for the creative process. 

Once again, I'm terribly sorry for the delay. But I can't cut corners and release half assed pages as I would like my comics to withstand the test of time. Some batches of pages just take longer than others. So I appreciate your patience and of course your continued support.

In the future, when I get more reward tiers up and running there will be high res copies and textless pages available for translation into other languages.
