The last few episodes were just crazy! How we get the final monster is just horrifying but the pay-offs particularly in the final episode were needed. I loved Steve and Robins moments, the introduction to Suzie and the final fight between the Russian soldier and Hopper. Just, wow! Enjoy :)

I appreciate you understanding what the Robin/Steve relationship was…a lot of people (myself included) thought it was a mutual romantic thing being hinted at. And TOTALLY agree that the way Steve handled the situation was the absolute best. This finale just crushes me every time…but WOW did we get some stellar performances from it. Yay for season 4!

I've seen people on other reactions hating on the Dustin/Susie song interlude. However I think it's the cutest thing and it feels in character for them as a couple of quirky people. SHE doesn't know that "saving the world" means that literally, she probably figures it's a D&D game or something. And they can't tell her because of confidentiality, so it makes sense that they'd have to take that minute and do the side quest-- especially for the guaranteed reward. Where else would they find that information faster? Always a guarantee cry for the whole end of this episode starting from Billy's death onward. I can't wait for season 4! They are long episodes so 2/week is totally fair.

I don't know about Patreon specifically, but I do know that subscriptions to things through Apple/iphone cost more a lot of the time. There was a course I was signed up for that we were told to NOT sign up through the app if we had an iphone because to offset Apple's cut, they had to price it a lot more than on their website. It wouldn't surprise me if it was the same for Patreon.

Gaten,Gabriella,Sadie,and Caleb were all on Broadway at the same time in different shows when they were younger. Knew each other prior working on Stranger Things. Gaten was recently back on Broadway since he was younger. It’s nice to have all 4 of them got to sing in the same episode.

Woo well done getting so far and glad you feel better. This season really rips of the bandaid to getting intense and consequential. Hopper was great this season and loved Robin coming in and giving Billy more character. Series 4 is my favourite very excited for when you get to that. Glad you are enjoying. Never forgive Suzie, if she had not insisted on that damn song the plan would have been perfect and they would not have lost Billy or Hopper due to everything getting pushed back.

I've always thought that the twist of Steve and Robin's relationship is a quintessential example of the difference between characters' wants vs. needs. What Steve wants is a girlfriend, romantic love, but what he needs is a best friend his own age (not to mention healing from some of his past words against Jonathan). The last musical track that plays under that bathroom scene is titled "The First I Love You," which is such a beautiful detail.

Welcome to part 22840897 of me sobbing over the last episode of season 3! no matter how many times i watch this season (which is MANY TIMES) i cannot stop myself from bawling over the way they portrayed Hopper/Billy's death. It leaves me in shambles every time. i'll already be crying over the death itself, and then the duffer brothers just wanna increase that pain and make me lose it over Hopper's note. Never gonna forget pulling an all nighter on the 4th of July when this season was released , this season holds dear to my heart. Cannot wait for your reaction to season 4!

This is the only season that’s made me cry. I expected such a bangarang redeeming character arc from Billy that his death absolutely floored me. I hope you can watch The Neverending Story sometime, as well! If you want a true relic from that time period, it’s definitely one of them.

The never-ending story sing-along is without question the single most well-executed tension-breaking moment in the history of entertainment, but it is actually all the other characters reactions that make it perfect. Truly a WTF is happening moment

If you've never seen The Never Ending Story, you should react to it. One of my favs as a kid. If you think 3 seasons has you prepared for season 4 it hasn't. Brace yourself for one hell of a scary ride!

Fun fact from a theatre nerd here… Gaten Matarazzo who plays Dustin is also a stage actor. He has done musicals such as Les Miserables, Into the Woods, and Sweeney Todd. That’s why he is a good singer.

i was in middle school when this season came out and i remember me and my friend group making it our ENTIRE personality lmao. we would call each other "dingus," quote "i dump your ass," and sing neverending story all the time. so this is pretty nostalgic for me. loved your reactions all the way through :)
