I heard on Reddit a year ago that the spell power reduction has a bug of not working on healing. Still the best level 7 since 95% of heroes do significant spell damage. Might effect who to target through. Can anyone confirm?

I know blaze spell power reduction was bugged with healing, have not heard about garrosh being bugged personally

on that last bit about using W when low on HP, it's also more total healing to use it then, since the heal is 10% of missing HP (double on heroes) so the closer you are to 0hp, the more healing you get from each W and the more armour protects that heal too.
