If you want to see a real game example of how to use Sgt Hammer and what things you should be looking out for, I talk about some of them in these Grandmaster games that I played with Sgt Hammer!

What a great VOD analysis! I have a question that is not that related to Sgt. Hammer individually but more about the reading the flow of the fight. I am finding it somewhat confusing as to know the proper positioning and in the case of tanks the proper choice of target to engage. On your positioning guide for Ranged Assassins I learned that you must visualize the range circle of engaging threats that will lead to your death and they are mostly CC from the tanks, and that you should be outside of this range. On the Tanking guide for targeting I've learned that you should hold your engage CC to hit the proper target since using it on the enemy tank or a very mobile hero will make you significantly weaker. Okay so my question is probably dumb, but I'l do it anyway KEKW. I see you sometimes in your videos and on stream entering this engage zone of the tank because you know there is no follow up to kill you, or I see you not stunning the DPS or healer that has entered your engage range as a tank because the enemy team is all near the target and it would probably be peeled. How do you make these decisions? How do you know you can enter the engage CC zone of the tank because you can't die and you get 2 ou 3 autoattacks extra? How do you know if the target that entered you stun range as a tank should or not die? Does it have to do with the flow of the fight? You are tracking all the enemy's abilities and you know exactly that at moment X they can't save the engaged target? Does this mean that being out of position is a relative concept? I know this was a gigantic question, but it is from a pure heart that wants to learn xD Thank you so much! <3

Hi Fan. 1. thanks a lot for the hard work. i feel that i get better with this knowledge. 2. would be nice to have a place for general comment if possible. because my comment here shoupdnt be here but i just hit the last video hoping you’ll see it 3. i’m currently in the process of finding coaches to improve. any tips or recommendations of good coaches? 4. some suggestion of videos you could add to your list: - video how to counter heroes - strategies that can be done (like juice pirates i just discovered) and how to counter them - global mindset to have per role - intangibles (the art of staying passive/waiting, how often look at minimap and when - more why information. sometimes i see you do things but i dont know why. which info did you look for prior to that given action. thanks a lot. keep the hard work

It's just using your best judgement. Even in your examples, you have also made these decisions naturally, so you already know how to do this to a certain level. You decided yourself that in this case or that case, even if I stun them they wont die. This could be because of my team being too far away or their team being too close to them and being able to provide peeling and healing, so it is not really a vulnerable target for those reasons even if it is in my stun range.

Yeah it would be nice to have a general comments area but I dont think Patreon supports that unfortunately. For coaches you could try junhots or kure on twitch they used to both be former pro players and I believe sometimes offer personal coaching. Those are good video ideas, if you want to ask me why I did anything that you saw, just leave a comment anywhere here and Ill respond when I see it!
